About Us

Who we are?

We are a British company, and we originally set up The Initiative for Management Excellence (TIME) two decades ago, with the aim of revolutionising prevailing management practices in organisations and transform existing management theories. We believe that actions speak louder than words so we involve management experts, academia and organizations – private as well as public sector – to work in collaboration with each other. TIME was designed to put together an innovated culture in organisations. While achieving organisational goals TIME complies with stakeholders’ interests, so as to generate model of best practice of management excellence.
During the development of TIME we became aware that there was a need from students for help and guidance in deciding where to go for sensible and worthwhile university study, and out of this awareness we have established GEL, to do just that.
